Rule 0 - Ground Rule:
I will never require any payment for listing. However I will BLACKLIST your site for not following these rules. Our BLACKLIST system isn't fair at all. Once BLACKLISTED you will never know you are. Your sites will automatically be forwarded to junk. Sorry but that's how it is. I have reputable people that submit the sites over the years and they benefited great from their listings. Rules are very simple and never argue about our decisions to ban some site. You've been warned.

Rule 1 - Content:
The content must be on the same domain as the site. Please do not submit sites with censored content. Here is a breakdown of the content and layout required for some popular site types:
Free Site:
minimum 10 pics / 6 videos per gallery and minimum 2 Galleries
Pay Site:
Recip on index page. Sorry, the only way around this is to have us signup for your affiliate program.
Blogs:
Recip on index page. update needs to be posted at least once per week during at least 3 past months before submit.

Rule 2 - Doorways:
People make doorway pages to submit to multiple link lists. It's ok, however I require the recip to be on your #1 recip page. I like to be accompanied with sites like Penisbot.com, Link-O-Rama.com, Adult-List.com and other huge sites. You get the idea. I think OutlawsPorn.com belongs there. If you don't that's your problem. I am sorry but find other site to submit to.

Rule 3 - Recips:
No recip links to us on the doorway pages like index14.html, warning.html etc. I do not want any of the junk in our database. Submit sites that are close to root, on main pages of the folders. It's not that hard really.

Rule 4 - General Stuff:
No blind links. No consoles. No free hosts. No free Email addresses. Only real domain names accepted. No IP's and redirect services. One submit per day only. No sites in languages other than English. Enter link needs to be BELOW our recip. Do not cheat the surfers in any way.

Rule 5 - Advertising:
Don't push it. I allow only 3 ads on each page of the free site (that relates to sponsors, your own link list, etc.). Don't be a smart ass and place 3 half page ads or extensive ads. The site needs to be clean and have a nice layout. With free sites it's not the size of ads it's their smart and natural placement. Also do not place full sized pictures on html pages. You must link from thumbnail directly to full sized picture. I will delete and BAN all sites that do not follow this rule.

Rule 6 - Staying Listed:
This is a tricky part. Our BOTS will check your site regularly. We cache your site and any changes are automatically recorded. Guess what - You'll get INSTANTLY BANNED for all tricky stuff like removing or changing our recip, changing the links on content etc. If we found out that You cheat, all your sites and domains will be banned FOREVER and reported to other major link sites.

Rule 7 - AVS/Pay Sites Content:
If you submit AVS/Pay site, make sure that you give us a backdoor or a temporary user pass. This info will be kept private.

My intention is not to bug anyone. My intention is to make life easier for those that want to work fair and get listed fast. In the past link bots and people that don't read the rules caused a massive back log on our sites. It's not happening again and we'll be strict. Also, did you know that we operate several link lists and tgp's? Some of you know which they are but that's not important at the moment. It's crucial to follow these simple rules and you can expect some very nice traffic. If you cheat you'll not be banned only from this site but from several other large link lists. Better pay attention and play fair. That's it for now. Play fair and You'll stay LISTED FOREVER! Play dirty and You will end up BLACKLISTED! The choice is yours!
